What we collect

• Free check and contact forms: practice name, town, website, your name, role, email, phone (optional) and message.
• Website checks: the web address you enter and the publicly available content of that page. We don't store the reports.
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, device and approximate location, via Google Analytics.

This website does not collect patient data.

Why, and our lawful basis

• To prepare your reputation check and reply to you: legitimate interests and steps before a contract.
• Analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We don't send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
• Resend (email delivery)
• [Calendly / Cal.com] (call booking)
• Google Ireland Ltd (analytics, only with consent; PageSpeed Insights for website checks)
• [Google Workspace / Microsoft 365] (email)

Some providers are based outside the UK; transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it
