FAQ

Questions practice owners ask

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask every customer for a review. What it bans is offering rewards, asking only happy customers, or writing fake reviews. We do none of those.

Do you write or buy reviews?

No, never. Every review comes from a real patient. Fake or incentivised reviews breach Google's policy and UK consumer law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), and can get a profile suspended.

What about negative reviews?

Every practice gets them. We reply calmly and professionally, without confirming someone is a patient or discussing treatment, and invite them to contact the practice directly. A steady flow of genuine reviews keeps one bad review in proportion.

How soon will we see results?

Profile improvements show within weeks. Most practices see a clear rise in new reviews in the first 1–2 months once requests go out after every visit.

How much staff time does it take?

About 30 minutes at setup. After that, almost none: we only contact you when a review needs clinical input.

What is the contract length?

There isn't one. Every package is month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No setup fees and no 12-month lock-in.

How do you handle patient data?

This website only collects practice contact details. For review requests we act as your data processor under a data processing agreement, use the minimum data needed (name and contact details), and store it in the UK/EU.
